On May 28th, a review team led by Team Leader Luo Qingyun from CQM Guangdong Co., Ltd. conducted simultaneous on site audits at both the Qishan and Haojiang plant locations, performing a comprehensive review ofthe compliance and effectiveness of the company's management system operations.

In preparation for this significant "major assessment," the company had been meticulously preparing for months. All departments conducted comprehensive self inspections and corrective actions through internal audits, promptly implementing rectification measures for identified issues. During the management review phase, the company thoroughly analyzed the operational status of the management system, targeting process optimization and system improvements to solidify the foundation for the external audit. On the day of the audit, all employees demonstrated high morale and full preparedness, facing the challenge with confidence that reflected their firm belief in the company's management system. Top management attached great importance to this audit, with General Manager Huang of the Color Masterbatch Division, General Manager Li of Production, and General Manager Lin of Marketing all attending the opening and closing meetings. General Manager Li accompanied the audit team throughout the entire process, while General Manager Huang maintained constant oversight of the audit progress.

During the audit process, all departments actively responded to the audit team's requirements, efficiently cooperated with inquiries, comprehensively provided documentation, and engaged in in depth communication with the auditors. When addressing professional questions raised by the auditors, our staff demonstrated a receptive attitude toward guidance, showing strong desire to learn and improve. The auditors generously shared their expertise, providing detailed guidance from a professional perspective, enabling participants to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the ISO Quality and Environmental Management System.
Upon completing the rigorous audit procedures, the audit team highly commended the operation of the company's management system, unanimously confirming that Meilian's ISO Quality and Environmental Management System complies with certification criteria and maintains continuing effectiveness.
