In the Enterprise Development History Exhibition Area, each display board is like an amber of time, engraving Meilian's striving footprint from a small masterbatch team to a conglomerate covering three major industrial groups. The event kicked off spectacularly with a lion dance show that ingeniously integrated traditional folk customs and corporate spirit. Two lively lions leaped, picked greens and prayed for blessings to the sonorous drumbeats, which is just a vivid epitome of Malian's journey constantly innovating in inheritance and making continuous breakthroughs in challenges.

   02 Strategy Leadership: The Leadership Team Jointly Charts the Blueprint   

In his speech, Chairman Huang Weishan affectionately reviewed the company's development journey and elaborated on Malian's pattern of coordinated development across three major industries: polymer new materials, fine chemicals, and new energy. Chairman Huang emphasized that in the future, relying on its integrated full industry chain capabilities, the company will take core technologies such as masterbatches, EX electronic materials, and diaphragm technology as the fulcrum to accelerate the global transformation from "China Malian" to "World Malian" and contribute to the development of the country's strategic emerging industries.

In his sharing focusing on the company's operation and management practices, President Yi Dongsheng elaborated on Malian's leap from "the first listed company in the masterbatch industry" to a conglomerate. President Yi stated that by optimizing the organizational structure, improving the internal control system, implementing refined management, strengthening innovation driven development, and advancing the "4+3" digital strategy, the company has achieved dual improvements in management efficiency and R&D capabilities. Looking ahead, the company will take "consolidate the foundation, create value, and deliver goals" as the core guiding ideology for operation and management, and adhere to the guiding principle of "simplicity, efficiency, and controllability" in internal control construction.
